Antonis Savvides BSc(Hons) MSc CEng MIStructE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Antonis graduated from City University (London) in 1984 with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) becoming a Chartered Engineer in 1987.
Antonis started his career with Alan Baxter and Associates on the design and site supervision of prestigious refurbishment and new build projects.
Antonis then joined Dewhurst McFarlane as a Senior Engineer where he was responsible for the structural design, management and site supervision of major office developments, housing projects and educational buildings.
Antonis joined Alan Conisbee & Associates, becoming an Associate where he was responsible for a team of engineers and the management of the practice.
Antonis set up ads consultancy in January 2000.
Ryan Seagreen BEng(Hons) CEng MIET
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Ryan studied Civil Engineering at the Durban University of Technology in South Africa and graduated Cum Laude in 2005, where he was awarded the Dean Merit Award for graduating as the top student in his graduating year.
Ryan’s career started in South Africa as a Site Engineer and Site Manager for a Main Contractor on large scale Civil Engineering and Structural construction projects in the Private and Public Sectors.
Since arriving in the United Kingdom, Ryan has worked for two previous consulting practices, working as a CAD Technician, Resident Engineer and Project Engineer.
Ryan joined ads consultancy in October 2008 as an Engineer, progressing to become an Associate and is currently a Director of the Practice.
Stephanos Nicolaou BEng(Hons) MSc
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Stephanos graduated City University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and in 2006 with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structures).
After graduating, Stephanos commenced his working career in 2005 in Cyprus while working on his Masters dissertation project, until 2013 where he relocated to London. During his time in Cyprus, he took roles as Site Engineer and Project Manager as well as carrying out Structural Designs. Projects involved both newbuilt and refurbishments, residential as well as commercial use, including multi-strorey blocks of flats, residential developments with swimming pools and communal amenity areas, individual residential dwellings and refurbishment of existing buildings with change of use (i.e. hotel to individual flats).
Stephanos joined ads consultancy in October 2013, focusing on Structural Design. He was promoted to Associate in 2015, Associate Director in 2017 and to Project Director in 2021.
Martyna Filtness MSc Eng
ASSOCIATE
Martyna studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Cracow University of Technology in Poland and spent three months at The Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy working on her master thesis. Martyna graduated in 2007 with a Master of Science Degree.
Martyna has been responsible for the structural design and drawing production of a large number of new-build and refurbishment projects including Grade I and II listed buildings.
Martyna joined ads consultancy in April 2008 as a Graduate Engineer, later progressing to become a Senior Engineer and is currently an Associate of the Practice.
Wanda Miller
Wanda joined ads consultancy in October 2005 as Office Administrator.
Having worked with Antonis at Alan Conisbee & Associates, Wanda then joined ads consultancy as Practice Manager. In her role as Practice Manager, Wanda oversaw the smooth running of the office ensuring exceptional client relations. Wanda was also responsible for the finance administration of the practice.
Wanda accumulated over thirty years of office experience within the Structural Engineering field.
Thomas Elderton
BIM Manager
Thomas studied at the Academy of Advanced Technology in Durban, South Africa. Graduating in 2008 with Diplomas in Project Design and Project Management.
Thomas relocated to the UK in 2016 and has worked at ads consultancy since then. Responsible for drawing production, layouts and detailing of many large projects. Going on to specialise in reinforced concrete design and detailing as well as building information modelling.
Jason Mulherron
Revit/BIM Technician
Jason completed his 4-year draughting apprenticeship at a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm whilst still living in South Africa.
Upon arriving in the UK, he joined ADS Consultancy in January 2018 as a Revit / CAD Technician and has since been responsible for the production of drawings using both Autodesk’s Revit & AutoCAD packages. He has worked on a variety of projects since his arrival which include but are not limited to prestigious home extensions, new-builds as well as an array of commercial jobs located all over the UK. Jason has a keen eye for detailing and as such has primarily been tasked with producing construction details for many of the projects since starting with ADS.
Outside of work, Jason is a keen motorcycle enthusiast & petrol head.
